CHANGING ROOM: Club Members have daily access to the men's or women's changing rooms, each of which feature full size mahogany lockers with keyless security technology, a set of personal sized robes, terrycloth and rubber slippers and work-out wear. Private attendant service and grooming tools are readily available. The locker rooms feature spacious hydrotherapy rain showers outfitted with rolls of plush Frette cotton towels.

AQUAGROTTO(tm): One of the few thermal suites in Manhattan, the separate men's and women's AquaGrotto(tm) features the ultimate hydrotherapy experience.  A raised marble hydro Jacuzzi accentuated by golden Italian glass tiles reflects glowing candlelight, while a eucalyptus aromatherapy steam room and a Finnish Sauna complete the experience. Available chaise lounges allow for quiet respite and cucumber water is chilled at an aqua bar alongside iced face cloths.

FITNESS CENTER: The Fitness Center is one of New York City's most impressive health club environments with the most advanced strength and cardio equipment from Precor including 16 cardiovascular machines, a full range of upper and lower body circuit training equipment and free weights and as a schedule of yoga, core strengthening and Pilates classes - included with membership.
